I've never outsourced before — how do I even start?
Get in touch and tell us about a typical project — footage volume, edit type, your software of choice. We'll walk you through the first project step by step. Most videographers find the first handover takes about 20 minutes of effort on their end. After that it becomes second nature.
What if I'm not happy with the edit?
Two full revision rounds are included with every project. You review via a private Frame.io link, leave time-coded comments on the exact moments you want changed, and we refine accordingly. Most projects are approved within two rounds. If something genuinely isn't working, we'll talk it through — we'd rather fix it than leave you with something you're not proud of.
Do I need to tell my clients I'm outsourcing the edit?
That's your business decision, and most of our clients choose not to — in the same way a photographer might use a lab for prints, or a builder engages specialist subcontractors. We work as a silent partner. Our name never appears in the deliverable and we never contact your clients directly.
